Privacy Policy
Kentron Pty Ltd
ABN 31 123 944 927
This policy applies to aiframework.com.au and AI Framework, including the MCP endpoint at aiframework.com.au/api/mcp.php.
Effective from 2 October 2026.
1. We respect your privacy
(a) Kentron Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates aiframework.com.au. This policy sets out what personal information we collect through the site and AI Framework, how we use it, and who we share it with.
(b) We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
(c) “Personal information” means information we hold that is identifiable as being about you, including your name, email address and organisation.
(d) You can contact us about this policy at contact@aiframework.com.au, or in writing at 89 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction, New South Wales 2022.
2. What we collect
We collect only what the tool needs to generate your framework and to deliver it to you. We do not collect anything else.
(a) Organisation profile. Six items, selected from fixed options rather than typed by you: your industry, your organisation’s size, the states and territories you operate in, your annual turnover band, your AI use cases, and the categories of data your organisation handles. These describe your organisation, not you personally.
(b) Additional context. An optional free-text field where you can describe anything the six fixed fields do not capture - a particular regulatory environment, a specific AI application, or other detail about your organisation. Whatever you type here is included in the request sent to Anthropic to generate your framework, and is stored with your session. Please see the note below.
(c) Contact details. Your name, email address and organisation name.
(d) Payment information. If you purchase the full framework, your payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored by us. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the session it relates to.
(e) Website analytics. Standard analytics data about your visit, described in section 7.
(f) Technical data. Your IP address, which our servers log and which is used to apply rate limits.
Please do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information in the additional context field. The framework is generated from a description of your organisation, not from details about individuals. You do not need to include names, contact details, health or other sensitive information, client information, or anything commercially confidential, and we ask that you do not. We do not ask for your phone number or postal address, and we do not otherwise collect sensitive information as that term is defined in the Privacy Act.
3. How we collect it
(a) You provide your organisation profile and contact details directly, either through the form at aiframework.com.au or through an AI agent using our MCP endpoint at aiframework.com.au/api/mcp.php. The data handling described in this policy is identical in both cases.
(b) Where you use the MCP endpoint, the AI agent or client platform you are using is operated by a third party, not by us. What that platform does with your conversation is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
(c) We do not buy personal information, and we do not receive it from data brokers or list providers.
4. How we use it
(a) We use your organisation profile to generate the framework text, and your contact details to deliver it to you and to respond to enquiries about your purchase.
(b) We may use your contact details to contact you about AI Framework. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing contact@aiframework.com.au.
(c) We use analytics data in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
(d) We may disclose personal information where required by law, including in response to a court order, subpoena, warrant or law enforcement request.
(e) If our business or its assets are sold or transferred, user records may transfer with it, to the extent permitted by law.
If you withhold your contact details, we cannot deliver your framework.
5. Automated processing and the Anthropic API
This section describes the most significant disclosure in this policy. Please read it.
(a) To generate your framework, we send your organisation profile to Anthropic’s API for processing by a large language model. This comprises the six selections described in section 2(a), your organisation’s name, anything you have typed into the additional context field described in section 2(b), and a note that your jurisdiction is Australia. The framework text you receive is generated by that model.
(b) These requests are made server-side only. Our API credentials are never present in your browser.
(c) We do not send your name, email address or payment details to Anthropic. Your organisation’s name is sent, because the framework is addressed to your organisation and names it throughout.
(d) Anthropic is located in the United States. See section 8.
(e) Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. Anthropic’s handling of API data is governed by its own privacy policy and commercial terms, available at anthropic.com.
(f) The framework is generated text and is informational only. It is not legal, compliance or professional advice, it is not a recommendation, and no decision about you or your organisation is made by us on the basis of it.
6. Who else receives your information
We use the following third parties. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone else.
| Recipient | What they receive | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic PBC | Organisation profile selections, your organisation’s name, and any additional context you type | Framework generation | United States |
| Stripe | Payment details you enter directly, your email address | Payment processing | United States, Ireland |
| VentraIP Australia | All data stored by the site | Web and database hosting | Australia |
Our analytics platform (section 7) is self-hosted by us on Australian infrastructure and is not a third-party recipient.
7. Analytics and cookies
(a) We use Matomo, an open-source analytics platform that we host ourselves at submissionhelp.com.au/analytics/. It is operated by us on the same Australian hosting as this site. Analytics data is not shared with Google, Meta or any advertising network.
(b) Matomo records pages viewed, approximate location derived from a partially masked IP address, browser and device type, and referring website.
(c) We do not run advertising, we do not use retargeting or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
(d) Analytics uses a first-party cookie. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, which prevents your visits being recorded.
8. Overseas disclosure
(a) Two of our service providers are located overseas: Anthropic (United States) and Stripe (United States and Ireland). Disclosures to them are described in sections 5 and 6.
(b) We do not have offices, facilities or related companies outside Australia. Our website and database are hosted in Australia.
(c) Before disclosing personal information overseas we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. Both providers publish privacy commitments and data processing terms that we rely on for this purpose.
9. How long we keep it
(a) Unpaid sessions. If you generate a free preview and do not purchase, your session data is automatically deleted approximately two hours after it is created. Links to preview documents stop working at the same time.
(b) Purchase records and contact details. Where you purchase the full framework or submit contact details, we retain those records for 18 months from the date they are created, after which they are deleted.
(c) Analytics data. Retained in aggregate for 24 months.
(d) We retain records for longer only where a law requires it, including records required for tax purposes.
10. Security
(a) We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. The site is served over HTTPS. API credentials and database credentials are stored outside the web root and are never exposed to the browser. Administrative access is password protected.
(b) No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the site.
(c) If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
11. Accessing and correcting your information
(a) You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. Email contact@aiframework.com.au.
(b) You may ask us to delete your personal information. We will do so unless we are required by law to retain it.
(c) We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
(d) We may refuse a request in the limited circumstances set out in the Privacy Act, and if we do, we will tell you why.
12. Complaints
(a) If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, email contact@aiframework.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 30 days.
(b) If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or on 1300 363 992.
13. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at aiframework.com.au/privacy. Where a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
